Cancellation and Refund Policy for NCMborz

At NCMborz, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services tailored to your business objectives. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change. This policy outlines our procedures concerning cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Project-Based Services:

  • Clients may cancel projects within 48 hours of purchase without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellations requested after 48 hours but before project initiation are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • No cancellation is permitted once a project has commenced.

B. Monthly Retainer Services:

  • Clients may cancel monthly retainers by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Retainer cancellations without sufficient notice will result in charges for the following billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility:

  • Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before service initiation.
  • Partial refunds (minus administrative fees) may be granted for cancellations after 48 hours but before project initiation.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services already initiated, executed, or delivered.

B. Processing of Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to billing@growthzamarketing.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Exceptions

  • Customized services or specially discounted packages are not eligible for refunds once purchased.
  • No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction with service outcomes where NCMborz has fulfilled the scope outlined in the agreement.

4. Amendments to This Policy

  • NCMborz reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email and updated on our website.
